The Re-Order Buyer is responsible for replenishment activities and coordinating buying efforts with international suppliers and vendors. The role involves managing day-to-day, repetitive tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and organization. This position requires self-management of priorities and heavy use of Excel due to limited internal systems. Clear communication with vendors is essential to set expectations and support ongoing buying needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with international suppliers and vendors for buying
• Perform replenishment activities on a day-to-day basis
• Manage manual tasks using Excel
• Communicate clearly with vendors and set expectations
• Self-manage priorities and daily workload

Requirements

• 4+ years of replenishment experience
• Detail-oriented
