Our client is looking for Partner Marketing Associate to join their team!

This is a 12-month assignment that will require 40 hours/week, onsite in Los Angeles, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own and evolve end-to-end partner marketing operations, ensuring the seamless sourcing, management, and delivery of high-volume creative assets across global distribution partners.

- Lead complex, cross-functional workflows spanning creative, production, localization, vendors, and external partners- translating complexity into scalable, repeatable systems.

- Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps, designing smarter workflows, and implementing tools that improve speed, quality, and consistency at scale.

- Serve as a trusted operational partner to marketing leads, supporting campaign planning, execution, and delivery across recurring and high-impact partner initiatives.

- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure assets are reviewed, approved, and delivered on time and to spec.

- Champion change management initiatives, influencing stakeholders to adopt new processes, technologies, and best practices.

- Apply technical expertise across asset types, platforms, and systems to troubleshoot issues, ensure quality control, and elevate creative operations performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, marketing operations, or program management within a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment (entertainment, media, tech, or agency experience strongly preferred).

- Deep expertise managing large-scale creative asset ecosystems, including production timelines, localization workflows, versioning, and distribution.

- Proven ability to lead operational initiatives- defining frameworks, setting best practices, and driving adoption across cross-functional teams.

- Strong technical fluency across digital asset formats, file specifications, codecs, and creative systems, with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve issues.

- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering against tight deadlines while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

- High level of autonomy, curiosity, and adaptability, with comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving workflows as business needs change.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency with industry-standard creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

The pay for this W-2 position is $81/hr. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
