And as part of the Traveler Experience Defense & Government organization, you'll be at the forefront of providing that exceptional experience. * This includes back-office work such as ARC/BSP refunds, Glory, BackOffice/Accounting rejects, credit card processing, commissions, etc * and/or mid-office work such as AQUA/local system rejects and vendor messages, manual ticketing and fulfilment, queue management, queue teams, quality control, ticket issuance (i.e., exchange desk), and post-booking actions * Will have specialized knowledge in at least one area. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Manage the daily workflow of the team * Supervise, develop & motivate the team members * Ensure all deliverables and SLAs are being met * Drive teamwork in aiming for even distribution of workload * Uses specialized expertise to assist Traveler Experience teams by completing and ticketing reservations via multiple channels. * Resolve errors in reservations to complete the booking processes. * Will function as an SME with specific process or product knowledge and/or serve as the Traveler Experience point of contact for specific knowledge areas. * Will serve as point of contact for first-level escalations for the team Sound exciting? The experience and attributes we're looking for in new team members include: * Experience o University or Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience o 5+ years of relevant work experience o Contact center experience preferred o Travel industry experience preferred * Knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) o Excellent travel industry knowledge o Expert in GDS and other booking tools used by CWT o Specialist skillset and/or subject matter expertise in more than one area. o Demonstrate a pro-active and "can do" solution-driven approach o Ability to communicate/interface with all levels of the organization - horizontally, vertically, cross-functionally, and globally * CWT accepts Military experience/certifications as a substitute for some requirements.
