Job Summary The Student Services Analyst supports Early College Programs by coordinating and administering Dual and Concurrent Enrollment services with a designated group of Career Technical Education (CTE)-focused high schools in alignment with Prop 301 goals. This position provides operational planning, student support services, program evaluation, and partner engagement to increase access and successful enrollment for high school students into college coursework. Working collaboratively with the Manager of Early College Programs and other campus enrollment units, this role ensures consistent implementation of dual enrollment processes, partner communication, and student outreach efforts. The Analyst serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and applies a broad knowledge of student service practices to support diverse learner pathways from high school to college. Funding Information This is a grant-funded assignment with a projected end date of 06/30/2026, with renewal based on available funds and the needs of MCCCD. Essential Functions 30% - Dual & Concurrent Enrollment Program Coordination (Career Technical Education (CTE) - Focused High Schools) Coordinates and administers dual and concurrent enrollment services for assigned CTE-focused high schools; Facilitates student recruitment, classroom presentations, onsite/virtual registration sessions, parent outreach, and partner engagement to promote enrollment and retention; Establishes dual enrollment course offerings by coordinating with school liaisons, supervising faculty, and college departments; Ensures completion and submission of required enrollment documents, testing, and deadlines; Oversees course roster verification, instructor credential requirements, grade submissions, and compliance with district/state policies and procedures. 30% - Program Administration, Data Reporting, and Compliance Implements and evaluates program operations, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance; Collects, analyzes, and interprets enrollment and program data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement; Prepares required reports for institutional, district, and state use; Evaluates program eligibility criteria and ensures compliance with applicable guidelines, policies, and regulations; Leads the development, maintenance, and analysis of complex Google Sheets tracking systems used for program enrollment, scheduling, and compliance monitoring; Utilizes advanced spreadsheet skills-including pivot tables, formulas, filters, and dashboards-to manage large datasets, track performance metrics, and generate reports. 20% - Student Access & Resource Support Provides direct support to students, parents, instructors, and partners to assist with navigating admissions, enrollment, program participation, and academic requirements; Coordinates grant/scholarship fund eligibility reviews (e.g., Maricopa Grant) and ensures proper documentation and communication related to funding and student support pathways; Serves as a primary point of contact for questions, technical assistance, and resolution of issues. 10% - Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Works collaboratively with internal college departments, district offices, CTE partner schools, and instructional divisions to align programming, streamline processes, and enhance the student experience; Supports student success and persistence efforts by identifying retention strategies and monitoring student participation trends. 10% - Other Duties as Assigned Supports Early College Program initiatives and outreach efforts as needed, ensuring alignment with overall departmental and institutional goals. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs. OR An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job, such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.
