GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sr. Analyst, Consumer Analytics will support and drive email, direct mail, SMS/MMS and digital targeting lists production process, coordinate the delivery of material/assets and confirm required activities are completed to meet deadlines. The role is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all campaigns.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manage asset receipt and validation in workflow tool, internal campaign sign-off, and timelines
  • Create campaign target audience list in IBM Unica 12 tool to be delivered across different platforms (e.g Oracle Responsys, ext. vendor via SFTP/API)
  • Help ensure overall success of daily operations
  • Contribute to targeting list production, workflow configuration, and operational execution for multiple Optical brands (e.g., LC, FE, TO, PV, TV) and SGH incremental campaigns.
  • Actively participate in weekly production meetings with cross functional team members
  • Set up email deployments including:

    • Creating A/B audience segmentation
    • Coordinating deployment timing in alignment with campaign schedules


  • Produce audience list counts to support business sizing upon request for all communication channels (email, DM, SMS, digital targeting)
  • Collaborate with other departments/partners (e.g, IT CRM, TAB IT, Marketing, Compliance) to ensure technical data flows are working and process are properly performed
  • Run SQL queries for audience validation and assist with simple data checks to ensure targeting accuracy
  • Perform routine QA steps, including verifying audience counts, checking suppression logic, and confirming deployment readiness
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ Year's of Experience
  • Experience trafficking activities across multiple team members/functions
  • Experience using a trafficking tool or production management software to coordinate activities
  • Ability to problem solve and exercise critical thinking in a technical environment
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects from start to finish
  • Strong project management, ability to prioritize one's day
  • Great interpersonal skills; capable of supporting a team environment
  • Detail & process oriented
  • Proficient in targeting tool (Unica 12 preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Analytics preferred
  • Detail-oriented
  • QA email rendering and functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data related issue
  • Perform data testing
  • Circulate proofs for approval


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Customer digital targeting experience
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with Unica IBM 10/12
  • Experience with Oracle Responsys


Pay Range: 81,132.40-112,554.80
