POSITION SUMMARY

The Owner Rental Coordinator plays a key role in all behind-the-scenes processes for our owner rental program. This position is responsible for collecting and preparing all statistical reporting, maintaining relationships with other departments and outside vendors. This is a full-time year-round, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this role is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Input owner calendars and make owner reservations
  • Property checks upon guest and owner arrival and departure
  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance vendors, and owners for upkeep and repairs
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure condos operate at top performance level
  • Update unit statistics and inventory photos annually
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain updated information on Stratton's website regarding condos in the program
  • Maintain and update unit features in HOST
  • Accurately maintain condo reports and records
  • Assist the ORM manager when needed
  • Additional tasks as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Previous lodging, resort, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position may be required to work weekends and holidays.
