The Lead Data Analyst plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide, data-informed decision-making by leading complex analytics initiatives and partnering with senior leadership to solve high-impact business challenges. This position is responsible for designing and delivering scalable data solutions, ensuring data integrity through governance stewardship, and transforming complex datasets into strategic insights that influence organizational priorities.
Leveraging advanced analytical skills, statistical techniques, and modern tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms, the Lead Data Analyst uncovers trends, builds performance metrics, and communicates findings through compelling data narratives. They serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, manage high-visibility projects, and mentor junior analysts to strengthen organizational analytics capabilities. As a champion of data quality and literacy, this role plays a key part in fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strategic agility-enabling the Ministry to proactively respond to evolving needs within the dynamic healthcare landscape.
