SCORE (Supply Chain Operations and Retail Execution) is a centralized organization ultimately responsible for ensuring Hallmark's product is displayed in-store and ready for purchase! Comprised of over 10,000 Hallmarkers, we are the largest organization at Hallmark Cards. Each year, our team completes thousands of installations, visits tens of thousands of rooftops, and services millions of feet of fixtures to effectively display Hallmark Greeting Cards, Gift Presentation, Stationery, & Gifts.

WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

The Field Support Leader is accountable for all field support management, chain-driven Hallmark market development, and major revision activities. This role manages assigned budgets to support all Hallmark objectives and targets. They are also accountable for improving Hallmark's approach to ensure all capabilities and processes are utilized in the most efficient and effective way while exceeding retailer expectations.

The Field Support Leader has a track record of leading and developing people, driving high performance, and balancing the workload of directing installations and troubleshooting. This role emphasizes building team capability through coaching, training, and performance management to ensure sustainable success. Influences and collaborates with internal business partners to improve productivity and reduce costs. Leads and develops a team of Field Support Managers, creating new/enhanced processes utilizing a variety of technology and systems to ensure prioritization and productivity of work activities across teams/functions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following are required to be considered for this role:




  • 4-6 years' experience in sales, marketing, product, project management with a degree or 7-8 years' work experience without a degree.


  • Ability to travel 5-15% of time outside of home office, including some overnight travel.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of Store Operations; Sales Development, Execution Management, Program Management / Retail Logistics / Retail & Sales program execution. Multi-functional Integration.
  • Customer retail execution & communication planning
  • General marketplace and channel understanding
  • Demonstrated positive energy to effectively represent the team
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce desired tangible outcomes within tight timeframes
  • Track-record of effectively managing teams to complete multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities with minimum guidance
  • Detail-oriented and operationally focused
  • Proven analytical and strategic experience
  • Strong passion for both speed and simplicity
  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity and insight coupled with a drive for tangible results
  • A willingness to take risks and accept failure in the quest for new solutions
  • Excellent financial skills and business acumen
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
