In this role, you'll help resolve past-due balances, support financial accuracy, and contribute to the organization's long-term impact. Daily Tasks Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear, respectful support Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining compliance and professionalism Record all interactions and updates accurately in the system Maintain detailed account records and follow internal processes consistently Requirements Minimum 1 year of collections experience Background in finance or collections preferred Strong phone presence with excellent communication and de-escalation skills Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach Accurate typing and data entry skills Ready to Make an Impact Through Skilled Communication?
