Pay Rate: Up to $28.00 per hour

Status: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Position Summary

As part of a high-performing fulfillment and distribution team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring domestic and international customers receive expertly shipped products on time, every time. This role requires strong computer literacy, exceptional attention to detail, experience with order fulfillment, and familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems.

What You'll Do



  • Locate and accurately pick materials per pick lists, work orders, and SOPs
  • Perform inventory activities related to sales order fulfillment
  • Ensure timely, accurate shipment of finished goods, raw materials, and subcomponents
  • Manage on-time delivery by meeting scheduled ship dates
  • Label, package, and prepare multi-line shipments for domestic and international delivery
  • Identify and report material discrepancies, low inventory levels, and non-conforming materials
  • Complete documentation, test forms, and verification of part numbers and counts
  • Maintain product quality standards and low error rates
  • Perform inventory transactions using handheld scanners and barcode systems
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, sales, finance, supply chain, and other internal teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including detrashing
  • Ship materials using UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders, and Pitney Bowes mailing systems
  • Consolidate shipments and schedule freight as needed
  • Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Support shifting department workloads with flexibility between shipping and fulfillment
  • Perform additional duties to ensure efficient department operations



What You'll Bring



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of experience in order fulfillment or shipping environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven setting
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications
  • Ability to use handheld scanners and learn internal systems
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Excellent communication, reliability, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
  • General knowledge of high-level shipping functions; UPS/FedEx software is a major plus
