Inside Sales Representative - Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Export Compliance | Aviation/Manufacturing

Location: Irving, TX

Pay: $50,000-$60,000 annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (flexible start time)

Staffmark is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our partner company in Irving, TX. In this role, you'll manage order processing, provide customer support, and coordinate sales, finance, and logistics teams. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented sales professional with experience in the manufacturing or aviation industries who enjoys a fast-paced, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and quotations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
• Review and confirm order details, including pricing, shipping, terms, and export compliance.
• Ensure AS9100 contract review compliance for distribution and service orders.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping, prepare export documentation, EEI filings, and track freight.
• Generate invoices and maintain billing accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage customer and vendor portals as an administrator.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and certifications for quotes.
• Follow up on sales leads, open quotes, and assist with sales forecasting and reporting.
• Support trade shows, demo units, and rental equipment tracking.
• Maintain ECCN, HTS, tariff compliance, and process U.S. Commerce export licenses in SNAP-R.
• Apply customer prepayments, track accounts receivable aging reports, and follow up on overdue accounts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of inside sales experience (manufacturing or aviation preferred).
• Associate degree, military experience, or equivalent education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, order management, and export compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
