Moog Medical Devices Group specializes in designing, manufacturing, and distributing industry-leading enteral feeding and infusion pumps. Through substantial investment in research and development and leveraging our extensive expertise, we meticulously design and develop advanced infusion systems that enhance medication safety, optimize application performance, and effectively reduce medical expenses.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Administrator to join our team. You will have an onsite / hybrid work schedule based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.

You will be part of the MMD Sales Operations team, supporting strategic accounts.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers to build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships. A key responsibility is helping customers transition from forecasts to firm orders and ensuring these orders are accurately entered into MMD's ERP system.

You will work in partnership with the MMD planner to confirm that customer demand can be met. Throughout the process, you will provide timely updates to customers regarding shipping dates and contribute to key performance metrics such as OTIF (On Time and In Full).

Your responsibilities include managing and processing orders, monitoring shipping schedules, and ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.

To be considered for the Senior Sales Administrator, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related technical area withthree (3) work experience

  • Strong communication skills with all levels of personnel and customers.

  • Ability to effectively communicate oral and written.

  • Understand documentation, basics product performance and manufacturing methods.

  • Structure approach to make sure that customer needs are met.

  • Knowledge of the ERP system

  • Knowledge of the QMS system since RMA is part of the task.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop systems for achieving those goals.

As aSenior Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Establishes good relationship with the customer, specifically with the customer representative that place the Sales Orders.

  • Close the Sale by working with customers, to get the Sales orders in accordance with the forecast provided by the customers.

  • Responsible to maintain the Forecast file updated as customers place Sales Orders.

  • Receive Sales orders from customers and input them on the ERP.

  • Work closely with Planners, once the ERP is updated to follow up if manufacturing will meet customer demand. If not, then need to find a right delivery date with customer. Keep OTIF healthy.

  • Prepare relevant documentation for the Sales and Operations meeting on monthly basis.

  • Responsible to keep customer up to date on shipping dates and tracking information. Keep OTIF healthy.

  • Provides support if there is any customer dispute with invoices, this position support Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • In a complaint, this position is responsible to generate RMA once customer provides the compliant and the necessary information.

  • Responsible to pass quotes to customers upon request.

Salary Range Transparency:

Salt Lake City, UT $70,000.00-$95,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
