The Lead CI Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational functions of the Cochlear Implant (CI) program within the Head & Neck Surgery and Audiology clinic. This role involves administrative team members, working closely with Otology physicians, Audiologists, and other clinical staff, as well as ensuring efficient coordination with surgery teams and CI vendors. The Lead CI Coordinator will also be pivotal in developing, implementing, and improving workflow processes for CI patient care, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered service at every stage of the treatment process. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $66,169 - $82,309 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $31.69 - $39.42 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
