Our Team

As Rotating Equipment Leader, you will be responsible for the rotating equipment department as it relates to mechanical integrity and reliability. This includes supervision of engineers, specialists and predictive maintenance technicians.

What You Will Do

  • Build and develop a high-performing team focused on capability and operational excellence, while driving long-term reliability vision for rotating equipment.
  • Lead improvements and innovation in equipment, processes, and standards to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Provide expert technical support for maintenance, rebuilds, and repairs of turbines, compressors, and specialized equipment.
  • Solve complex problems using advanced diagnostics, vibration analysis, root cause analysis, and turnaround planning.
  • Lead the Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring technical review and compliance for rotating equipment changes.
  • Foster a culture of stewardship, safety, continuous learning, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop spare parts strategies, support troubleshooting, and proactively mitigate business interruptions

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 2+ years of experience with compressors, steam turbines and reciprocating equipment.
  • Experience with technical leadership of rotating equipment overhauls
  • Experience working with operating processes, equipment, and materials of construction.
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating equipment performance, including diagnosing root causes of issues and recommending corrective actions.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Supervision experience
  • ISO 18436-2 Vibration Category II Certification
  • Knowledge of machinery lubrication and tribology - ability to analyze sample results and recommend resolution when required.
  • Knowledge of engineering codes/standards and best practices related to rotating machinery (API/ANSI, etc.) Including: API 610, 614, 617, 612, 682, 686, 687.
