Eligibility for individual benefit plans may vary based on employment status. Summary The Senior Production Planner is responsible for leading the planning and scheduling function across the site. This role owns the development of the monthly production plan, ensures optimal flow of WIP through the facility, manages outside-processing visibility, and drives system and process improvements. The Senior Planner acts as the primary planning liaison to Operations leadership and coaches junior planners. Key Responsibilities 1. Monthly Production & Revenue Planning

3. Outside Processing (OPR) Tracking
4. Capacity Planning & Optimization
5. ERP (Epicor) System Ownership
6. Cross-Functional Leadership
