EHR Forms Integration Analyst

Job Summary: The EHR Forms Integration Analyst supports the development, coordination, and integration of clinical and administrative forms across the hospital system, ensuring seamless alignment with workflows, regulatory compliance, and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Maintains documentation standards, optimizes form usability, and supports the transition from paper to electronic formats. Works closely with clinical teams, HIM leadership, Print Services, and EHR/IT teams to deliver high-quality, accessible documentation tools. Performs other duties as needed.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in related field preferred. Minimum two years of experience in health information management, clinical documentation, or EHR-related work required.

Knowledge and Skills: Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, InDesign). Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position; Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction. Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; work well under pressure; problem solve; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail; work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to problem solve by analyzing information to determine whether/what modification. Strong customer service orientation; strives to meet or exceed customer needs. Ability to work in fast paced evolving environment. Manage multiple critical tasks and assignments simultaneously with speed and accuracy while under pressure. Able to distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace; see adequately to read computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position.
