What You Will Be Doing

As a member of the CXCD Team, the Managed Service Change Analyst will gather, analyze, and validate business and user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems related to cleared derivatives. You will also translate these requirements into functional specifications that define what the system, process, or product/service must deliver to meet end-user and business needs.

  • Provide analytical support by coordinating data extraction from multiple databases and interpreting results.
  • Build strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and other stakeholders to design effective solutions.
  • Participate in functionality, integration, and user acceptance testing, creating, and maintaining test cases as well as documenting results.
  • Adhere to established change management processes for change deployment.
  • Weekend work is expected.

What You Bring

  • Familiarity with the financial services industry, basic technical skills, and change management principles.
  • Proficiency in Unix and Oracle SQL databases.
  • Demonstrated success as a Change Analyst in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end software development life cycles (SDLC, waterfalls, iterative, modern agile).
  • Thorough understanding of requirements definition and solution design (e.g., model-driven tools and techniques - conceptual component models, business process models, use cases).
  • Strong customer service skills with a track record of building high levels of satisfaction for both internal and external clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels.

Added Bonus If You Have
