This role sits within Puget Sound Energy's Street Light Maintenance team and is responsible for processing street light outages and other repair requests reported by customers. The Project Coordinator works with internal tools to research street light records and drives the issues towards resolution. This role requires strong customer service skills and is expected to provide updates to external customers through written and phone communication. The Project Coordinator works directly under one or multiple project managers and is responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, financials, scheduling and stability of project-oriented work efforts. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within agreed-upon time, scope and resource requirements. Additionally, this role coordinates work performed by PM staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements and performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. This role coordinates elements of communication and change/process management related to project outcomes across the organization as appropriate. The Project Coordinator upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities, as well as promotes and supports a culture of total safety.
