Director of Project Management Our Director of Project Management will serve as the key leader for strategic, cross-divisional initiatives reporting into the Aftermarket President. You will be accountable for guiding large-scale, high-impact programs from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with Aftermarket business objectives, delivering measurable outcomes, and providing visibility and governance across initiatives. This is an individual contributor role. You will partner closely with the Aftermarket President, functional leaders (Finance, Operations, IT, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.), and corporate ePMO to translate strategic priorities into project portfolios, oversee execution, and ensure benefits realization.
