JOB SUMMARY: Leads the implementation and execution of product pricing strategies via deal and Deal Desk Operations across multiple business units. Partners with Growth (Sales), ISL (Product), Legal/Contracts, Operations, and Finance to execute pricing strategies, ensure pricing integrity, deal quality, and scalable support for commercial deals. The Manager will also oversee systems governance as it pertains to pricing strategy, reporting, and enablement efforts to drive efficiency and profitability. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB SCOPE: Under the direction of the AVP of Deal Desk, serves as the operational lead for scaling Deal Desk systems and reporting, acting as the primary point of contact for future CPQ governance, Salesforce pricing data management, and maintenance of price books and delegation of authority frameworks. Will also perform periodic audits and system verifications of deal structures to ensure adherence to Pricing guideline approvals, and T&C standards. The Manager will support deal execution through reporting and analytics and will serve as a partner for deal reviews. The role will work closely with the AVP of Deal Desk, on future CPQ implementation and process optimization, ensuring system integrity and scalable support for Operational teams. The manager leads CPQ execution from a pricing strategy view, maintains pricing governance, and supports scalable pricing and packaging strategies that meet both short- and long-term business goals. The salary range for this position is $120k-$130k. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity. | |
