Overview
This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Goldbelt Integrated Logistics Services (GbILS) provides four specific areas of expertise-Logistics Engineering, Measurement Sciences, Program Management, and Technical Support-serving the scientific, technical, and engineering needs of clients. GbILS values its innovative thinking and service-oriented team who provide services for a variety of federal government and commercial clients. Summary: Maintains oversite of support staff and other personnel as needed. Proficient in the use of corporate tools and assets and able to train others in their use. Interacts with corporate staff, customers, subcontractors, and other personnel as needed. Reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations.

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Demonstrated general computer skills for accounting environment: e.g., proficient in the use often (10) key number pad on computer
- Ability to use Outlook to receive and send email, enter requirements in shared calendars, use shared mailboxes, use out-of-office assistant; manage electronic files and folders; use keyboard for page controls, print screen, and special characters.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize common software programs including Microsoft Excel (to include the ability to perform complex functions and create pivot tables/graphs), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Share Point, Microsoft Visio, Adobe Acrobat,
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated excellent ability to manage multiple tasks with competing
- Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge and infer requirements for projects based on compliance with laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal Government
- Possess knowledge of the various steps and procedures required to provide a full range of accounting support for commonly used practice.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education - A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physical science; or completed a Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) training program or equivalent training from an accredited school.
- Technical Experience - Five (5) years of a demonstrated knowledge base and subject matter expertise relevant to specific technical disciplines of the Statement Of Work (SOW), knowledge of calibration inventory and recall schedules, knowledge of calibration processes and requirements, and experience with NAVSEA 04-4734 (or equivalent) and ANSI/ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation. Experience troubleshooting technical issues, writing/updating calibration procedures, writing a quality control plan, creating Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, documenting calibration uncertainty budgets, maintaining calibration traceability, and preparing calibration reports and/or certificates.
- Management Experience - Five (5) years of management experience. Demonstrated experience and the ability to manage projects including acting as the primary point of contact for contractor's tasking. This includes providing administrative oversight, consulting with users to reduce costs and maximize efficiency in achieving the stated requirements, coordinating planning and execution of multiple concurrent activities, and ensuring all activities conform to the terms and conditions of the contract.
