Organizational Learning Policy and Training Support Analyst

Synchron is seeking qualified candidates to support the Navy's Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Warfighting Development (OPNAV N7). OPNAV N7 is charged with advancing Navy Warfighting advantage in order to deter, dissuade, and deny or defeat adversaries. OPNAV N7's mission and functions follow three broad, interrelated lines of effort supported by a digital platform: warfighter development, warfare development, and warfighting corps development. Through these lines of effort, OPNAV N7 will enhance individual learning; accelerate institutional learning; and broaden and deepen our warfighting knowledge to help the Navy overcome strategic challenges.

Responsibilities:


  • Review existing policies and identify areas for improvement to support Navy Organizational Learning goals. Provide recommendations on policy adjustments or new policies that facilitate continuous improvement, learning culture, and leader accountability.
  • Draft policy and communications documents, including guidelines for implementation, continuous improvement processes, curriculum maintenance, briefings, and newsletters.
  • Provide on-site support during initial training implementations to assist instructors and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Support the development, revision, and updating of curriculum materials, presentations, exercises, tools, and guidebooks.
  • Ensure materials are aligned with Navy principles, problem-solving frameworks, and Navy-specific needs.
  • Support development of tools and initiatives to support organizational learning.
  • As required, provide support for N7 graduate education programs, scholarship programs, and policy development to meet mission surge requirements.
  • Other tasks as assigned



Education & Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a field associated with Organizational Development/Learning, Instructional Design, Business, Management, English Composition, or related field; OR High School diploma and three (3) years or experience directly related to Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or Knowledge Management.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with current Organizational Development or Knowledge Management processes. Navy/Marine Corps training and education experience is a plus.
