NI Sales Specialist
Your main responsibilities
This role can be based in Dallas,TX or Morristown, NJ.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Describe the key responsibilities of the position in order of importance and identify % of time spent on that responsibility.
NI Sales Coordination and Support (75%) * Act as the primary resource for NI Sales reps and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), providing Tier 1 troubleshooting for estimating configuration and Shape Sales system issues, and managing escalation paths for resolution. * Coordinate and distribute product complexity requests, ensuring timely and accurate handling. * Conduct detailed specification reviews and perform final project checks for accuracy and compliance on non-standard commodity, escalator, and 5500 jobs. * Prepare costing summaries for escalator and 5500 projects to support sales decision-making. * Complete final award reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy. * Support system testing and change management initiatives, including validating updates and reporting issues as needed. * Assist with continuous training sessions for sales teams on systems, processes, and best practices. * Maintain and optimize all national-level prequalification online platforms to streamline bid approvals and enhance sales efficiency. * Act as liaison between sales teams and technical resources to resolve system bugs, glitches, and configuration challenges.
National Account Coordination and Project Support (15%) * Update customer project status trackers and distribute monthly. * Maintain National Account library and monitor document expiration dates. * Provide administrative support to National Account team as needed.
Administrative Support (10%) * Maintain organizational personnel tracker and update common files. * Publish quarterly EDGE Newsletter and assist with event planning and scheduling. * Manage sales resources library and administer NI Sales SharePoint sites.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Finance
- Minimum 3 years in NI business line
- Advanced sales level knowledge of Schindler products and functional working estimating and system skills
- SharePoint Administration preferred
- Previous NI or construction project coordination and support
- Advanced organizational, communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Proficient multi-tasking skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
