Your Role on Our Team

The Operatorsupportsproduction byoperatinga variety of equipment to produce qualityproductper provided criteria and work instructions. This position isrequiredto cooperate with other cross functional departments to ensure andmaintainpart quality, proper procedure execution, a safe and productive work environment, and culture standards.

Currently hiring for Y Shift: 5PM - 5AM Friday - Sunday

You'llbe DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety policies and practice 6S standards tomaintaina safe and clean working environment for all employees.

  • Identifyand escalate potential safety risks on the floor.

  • Operate equipment, independently or in a team environment, per the work instructions.

  • Utilize electronic devices daily to reference work instructions, control plans, visual criteria and accurately log production numbers.

  • Perform repetitive tasks asneeded andmaintainproduction pace and quality standards as specified by the applicable documentation to meetprocess metrics such as delivery, efficiency, and quality.

  • Recognize and react to problems with equipment, escalate asrequired.

  • Close attention to detail concerning product quality throughutilizingvisual criteria andescalate issues toappropriate personnel.

  • Use fixtures, jigs, and hand tools as necessary to ensure proper position and/or movement of components and parts.

  • Work with Machine Set Up Technician to resolve problems with equipment.

  • Clean equipment asrequiredto ensure proper operation.

  • Conduct Autonomous Maintenance tasks as prescribed.

  • Place processed parts into containers and palletize per the work instruction and at specified quantities per the part tag.

  • Other duties and projects asdeterminedby business and production needs.

The TOOLSyou'll bring with you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 0-1 years of machine operation experience.

  • Understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

  • Basic math skills.

  • Basic mechanical skills.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Ability to read and understand provided work instructions.
