Senior Product Manager

The Federal Civilian business unit supports many customers spanning the federal, commercial, and nonprofit space. Our customers include NASA, the General Services Administration, Office of Personnel Management, the Library of Congress, Health & Human Services, and the FDIC. We partner with these agencies to build new capabilities, deliver products, establish data as a strategic asset for informed decision-making, modernize legacy systems, and build the digital service infrastructure necessary to scale their mission impact. Primary Responsibilities: The Senior Technical Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of advanced AI and machine learning initiatives that transform how the organization uses data to drive insights, decisions, and public-facing services. This senior role ensures that ML and data platforms are scalable, reliable, and strategically aligned, enabling data scientists and engineers to rapidly develop, deploy, and iterate models. By implementing Agile methodologies and leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence, the Senior TPM fosters iterative development, transparent prioritization, and alignment across complex, cross-functional teams. The Senior TPM will own initiatives spanning data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring-ensuring models meet performance, trustworthiness, and compliance standards. They will collaborate with leadership, product, UX, data scientist, engineering, and policy teams to deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and enable AI-powered innovation across the organization. Ultimately, this role positions the data and ML platforms as strategic capabilities, ensuring that AI and data-driven products are performant, ethical, and impactful for public health and organizational goals. .
