2529 - Loader Operator

FNF Construction is hiring for a Loader Operator in Bouse, AZ!

This person will operate a crawler or rubber-tired machine mounted with a loader bucket. These are used to load structures and dirt from excavations, loading trucks, pipe and precast concrete structures.

Check oil, water, fuel tires, hydraulic system, etc. and makes appropriate adjustments to be certain vehicle is in proper operating condition prior to leaving for job site.
• Conducts safety and maintenance checks on assigned equipment and machinery
• Start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers, and depress pedals to operate machines.
• Signal truck driver to position truck to facilitate loading/unloading of dirt, rocks, and other materials.
• Take actions to avoid potential hazards and obstructions such as utility lines, other equipment, and falling objects.
• Perform maintenance work to equipment including oiling, greasing, and making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Knowledgeable about and follow the company's safety policies and procedures as described in the company's safety manual

Qualifications

• One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), working at heights, in confined spaces and in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.)
