Description Embark on an exciting journey with our team as a Retail Banking Operations Intern! In this role, you will: Support daily banking operations, including account management, transaction processing, and customer service. Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Analyze financial data and customer feedback to identify trends and support strategic decisions. Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving the customer banking experience. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and have a keen interest in the banking sector. Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand and walk, use hands and fingers. Environmental/Working Conditions: Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
