Job Description Specific Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining safety standards and a clean and organized workplace. Assist co-workers as needed. Removes rough spots from work piece, using portable pneumatic or electric grinders. Sets-up, operates, and adjusts grinding or polishing hand grinders to grind items. Selects and mounts grinding wheels on machines/tools, according to specifications, using hand tools and applying knowledge of abrasive and grinding procedures. Measures and examines items to verify that dimensions meet specifications. Desired * Good relations, communication skills, and must be able to interact well with co-workers and management. * Must be able to work in a team environment, and be willing to work flexible hours and weekends as required. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Work with transportation team and Carriers to meet load dates Ability to multi task Excellent attendance
