Overview LMI seeks a Human Performance Specialist to join the integrated technical and human performance team supporting the U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training's (CIMT) Holistic Health & Fitness Management System (H2FMS). H2FMS is a secure environment in Army GovCloud that integrates the vendor-developed H2F data capture application and provides analytics, dashboards, and decision-support tools to Army leaders and H2F practitioners. As part of the H2FMS team, the Human Performance Specialist will ensure that data, dashboards, workflows, and features accurately reflect operational needs across all five H2F domains: Physical, Nutritional, Mental, Sleep, and Spiritual. This role partners closely with the Tactical Sports Scientist, Data Engineers, Cloud/DevSecOps staff, Human Performance SMEs, UI/UX designers, and the Technical PM to translate practitioner needs into analytic requirements and system features.
