What you'll do: As a full-time Optometrist, you'll play a vital role in providing comprehensive optometry services to ensure your patients' optimal ocular health. Your responsibilities extend beyond diagnosis and treatment; you'll be an educator, empowering clients to practice preventive eye health. With the support of a collaborative team and access to the latest technology, you'll focus on delivering exceptional patient care, with a typical day consisting of 16 to 20 patient exams.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions
