You'll Support Meaningful Work By: Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals Advising managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture Managing HR processes including talent development, succession planning, and compliance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and policies Analyzing workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions Supporting change management efforts for organizational projects and transformations Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Demonstrated proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization Strong problem-solving and change management skills Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment Doing Better For People and Planet: Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
