You'll Support Meaningful Work By: Leading operations across multiple shifts to ensure processes are followed and teams have what they need to succeed Managing a large value stream, including fabrication, paint, and assembly functions Collaborating with plant leadership to execute strategic direction and operational plans Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality Overseeing accountability systems and performance metrics for operational success Engaging with team leaders and employees to foster alignment and resolve issues Transforming business processes to meet evolving goals and deliver results Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Proven ability to create and execute operational plans aligned with strategic direction Demonstrated technical capability in improving and transforming business processes Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing multiple shifts and large teams Ability to manage accountability systems and performance metrics Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in related field Background in managing end-to-end operations within a plant or value stream Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational transformation Doing Better For People and Planet: Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
