Workiva is seeking a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager who can be a proactive, strategic partner, and trusted advisor who works with sales teams to co-own the long-term success and growth of Workiva's most strategic enterprise customers. This role is defined by its focus on driving measurable business outcomes, leading cross-functional alignment, and providing director and executive-level consultation that shapes the customer's strategy as it pertains to Workiva solutions. You will set the standard for excellence within the Customer Success organization. What You'll Do
Executive Strategy & Influence:
Develop and cultivate a strategic, high-level network, consistently engaging with Senior Managers, Directors and Executives in customer organizations Act as an Enterprise Strategy Consultant, offering guidance that shapes the customer's long-term strategy as it pertains to Workiva solutions Secure agreement and buy-in from multiple high-level, cross-functional internal and external leaders Own the overall internal strategy to serve the customer, directing resources and departments with cross-functional command and diplomacy
Strategic Growth & Business Outcomes:
Demonstrate High-Impact Accountability for driving measurable business outcomes and maximizing customer value Define and implement a strategic vision, translating it into actionable execution plans (Vision, Strategy, Prioritization and Execution) Drive vision and innovation by recognizing new use cases and expansion potential; expertly connect Workiva solutions to clear, compelling business value and ROI narratives
Complex Problem Solving & Leadership:
Lead discussions as a Consultative Leader, influencing customer decisions and challenging assumptions to drive better results Design and institutionalize new, advanced processes for the entire department to resolve highly complex, function-impacting issues Build Predictive Risk Models to forecast potential risks and enable proactive intervention before strategy is impacted Guide and develop junior team members on strategic thinking and complex problem-solving
What You'll Need Minimum Qualifications

Prior work experience in financial services or experience in governance/risk/compliance (GRC), accounting, or financial reporting for public companies Deep technical aptitude and expertise with complex SaaS/cloud enterprise software solutions and the ability to guide high-level discussions about technology integration Understanding of data systems and data management within large enterprise organizations Project Management skills and experience Demonstrated expertise in Board-Level Acumen, understanding and speaking to high-level financial and governance concerns Proven ability to exhibit strong Executive Presence and leverage high emotional intelligence to influence outcomes Advanced capability in data-backed narrative creation and strategic business case development Ability to apply advanced frameworks and techniques to solve major long-term assignments Deep technical aptitude and expertise with complex SaaS/cloud enterprise software solutions and the ability to guide high-level discussions about technology integration Understanding of data systems and data management within large enterprise organizations Project Management skills and experience
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as Workiva embraces flexible work arrangements
How You'll Be Rewarded
Salary range in the US: $132,000.00 - $215,000.00
A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
