Vertical Mill Operator

Staffmark is currently seeking an experienced Vertical Mill Operator to join a well-established manufacturing team in Springfield, OH. If you have a solid background in mill or lathe operations and are looking to put your skills to work in a clean, safety-focused environment, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st or 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload vertical milling machines
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure precision
• Set, polish, grind, and pack finished parts according to specifications
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating mills or lathes
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Team-oriented and dependable
