Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit
Position Summary
The Primary purpose of this position includes but is not limited to:

Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift.
Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities; Effective communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
