Department Summary The College of Health and Public Service (HPS) at the University of North Texas prepares graduates to address diverse and complex social issues such as aging, disability, disaster management and recovery, criminal justice, health disparities and public safety, and find solutions to challenges in public administration, public health, exercise physiology and urban design. Position Overview This position is responsible for providing project management and clinical oversight for Behavior Analysis Resource Center (BARC) programs. This position will coordinate clinical and research activities across the all locations of BARC programs and ensure compliance with university policies, state and federal regulations, Institutional Review Board (IRB) policies and procedures, and other regulatory agency specifications. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field and four years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Doctoral degree in behavior analysis or a related field, 10 years of postmasters experience in the assessment and treatment of severe behavior disorders, and clinical and research experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with and without cooccuring mentalheath conditions, particularly stressrelated disorders. Required License/Registration/Certifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral Eligible for licensure as a behavior analyst in Texas Job Duties
