Your Impact:

Think big, act bold, execute flawlessly

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager who is both a strategic thinker and an execution powerhouse. This role requires someone who can see the big picture, align marketing initiatives with business objectives, and roll up their sleeves to deliver flawless execution. You will design and implement integrated marketing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen customer relationships for our Application Delivery Management Solutions across the U.S.

What The Role Offers:

Strategic Planning & Tactical Execution

  • Develop marketing strategies and build an annual field marketing plan that aligns with business goals. Translate plans into actionable programs and campaigns.
  • Execute with precision-owning every detail of events, campaigns, and reporting.

Event Strategy & Delivery

  • Plan and execute customer events, including virtual and in-person engagements, large-scale tradeshows, and webinars.
  • Deliver compelling experiences that drive engagement and pipeline growth.

Account-Based Marketing

  • Build and implement ABM programs targeting key accounts and segments.
  • Partner with sales to ensure marketing efforts align with account plans and objectives.

Pipeline Growth

  • Design and execute campaigns that build, grow, and win pipeline for Observability and Service Management solutions.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI. Familiar with lead generation and lead management tactics and process.

Segmentation & Targeting

  • Use data-driven insights to identify priority accounts and audiences.
  • Tailor messaging and content to resonate with specific buyer personas and industries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for event and campaign execution.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing or related roles within B2B technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven success in account-based marketing and pipeline generation.
  • Strong background in event management (virtual and in-person) and tradeshow execution.
  • A self-motivated, performance-driven and professional demeanor
  • Ability to think strategically while executing flawlessly.
  • Excellent segmentation and targeting skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience marketing B2B Enterprise Software Solutions
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting on marketing performance.
