What to Expect
Seeking a hands-on HR professional to provide business partnership to Director-level leaders of production and direct leadership to several HR Business Partners. The manager will provide oversight of all HR processes and properly resolve team escalations. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, have a broad HR background with experience managing and developing others. The Associate Human Resources Manager will be the strategic partner for senior level leaders of production, ensuring to maintain a pulse of current initiatives and work across business and HR teams to drive solutions sustainable for the future, while also managing a subset client group. The Associate HRM will continually assess direct reports to grow and develop competencies that support HR team succession planning.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain a team operating rhythm that complements the annual HR cycle process and business initiatives
- Establish Individual Development Plans for each HR team member. Proactively share best practices across peers and to Senior HR Manager
- Serve as a HR team focal for key projects and initiatives
- Ensure alignment of priorities and support of key business process and initiatives with leadership of HR Shared Services
- Develop, host and facilitate a quarterly development session for all HR production team members
- Supports human resources leadership to formulate, determine, and effectuate management policies regarding HR, including special access to confidential and sensitive personnel communication and records
- Aligns conduct in performing all job duties and functions with human resources leadership goals and objectives, exercising good judgment in all interactions with Company employees
What You'll Bring
- HR Business Partner experience of at least 5 years
- Prior people leadership experience, preferably managing multiple direct reports
- Process knowledge expertise - creating, executing and improving end to end processes
- Extensive knowledge in compensation and employee relations investigations
- Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse or similar environment
- Certification in process improvement, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies

Expected Compensation
$92,000 - $174,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
