Job Summary

  • Responsible for overseeing Help Desk front line support by phone or online presence providing technical support and information.
  • Receives and prioritizes Help Desk requests either by phone or other electronic method and issues tickets on all received communication. Performs technical support for computer hardware and software.
  • Inform department leadership of project time lines and any known issues leadership may need to be made aware of.
  • Service Manager System Administrator

Qualifications

Education

  • Associate degree in computer science, or technical certificate in computer related field from a vo-tech school, preferred.
  • Consideration would be given to certifications and/or education that would be equivalent to or greater than the required certifications, for this position.

Experience

  • Three years' experience in Help Desk or Technology call center role.
  • 1 year in a call center lead role, preferred.
  • Two years' experience with personal computer hardware and software, to include Microsoft products, preferred.

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)

Compensation/Benefits

  • $22.00-$35.93/hr depending on previous work experience.
