Job Description Summary The Senior HR Coordinator supports core HR functions at the frontline level-ranging from operational processes to employee relations-in partnership with a team of HR Business Partners. This role ensures seamless support for employees and managers across our property management and real estate development portfolio. This role is the go-to resource for handling a high volume of employee inquiries, transactional requests, and HR process execution, while also contributing to the implementation of company-wide HR initiatives. Responsibilities will expand and adapt as the HR structure advances toward the creation of a People Services Center of Excellence in mid-2026.You'll thrive here if you're process-driven, client focused, and ready to make HR run like a well-oiled machine - not just keep up with the work but improve how it gets done. The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
