* **Agile Execution:** Establish and manage agile sprints, facilitating daily scrums and ensuring strict adherence to sprint tasking and prioritization. Track burndown rates, drive incident and bug resolution, and capture valuable learnings from retrospectives.

* **Specialized Testing & Compliance Collaboration:** Coordinate workflows across specialized testing and compliance teams, aligning software tasks with detailed test plans and rigorous testing protocols. Monitor documentation, approvals, and equipment readiness.

* **Stakeholder Communication:** Publish regular status updates, highlighting schedule variances, risks, and overall project readiness. Lead change-control processes and decision reviews, ensuring executives and cross-functional teams remain fully aligned.

* **Process & Metrics:** Standardize project templates and operational rhythms. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as predictability, defect leakage, and Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR). Maintain comprehensive program trackers and risk registers.
