As a Recruiter for PSE, every role you fill will in some way be responsible for our goal of becoming a Beyond Net Zero Carbon energy company by 2045 and our customers' energy partner of choice. As a recruiter, you will own requisitions from across the enterprise - from Engineering, Finance to Project Management and more! You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent from diverse backgrounds. You'll engage in full-cycle recruiting including, but not limited to, the creation of the recruitment strategy, interview screening, scheduling interviews, phone-screens and negotiating offers - you will do it all! In addition, you will also attend job fairs, present at new employee orientation, lead employee trainings, and lead other initiatives! This role is currently hybrid with the successful candidate expected to be in the Bellevue office at least half of the time. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. The pay range for this position is$70,200.00-$99,800.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
