In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client's IT organization by spearheading critical organizational change management initiatives. Your expertise will directly influence the success of large-scale projects, foster a culture of adaptability, and empower teams to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and strategic agility across the company. **Responsibilities:**
* Drive and manage end-to-end organizational change management methodology, tools, and activities within IT projects and operations.
* Conduct comprehensive Stakeholder Analysis to identify key influencers and impacted groups.
* Facilitate Leadership Alignment to ensure cohesive support and direction for change initiatives.
* Develop and execute robust Communication and Engagement Plans to foster understanding and buy-in.
* Perform Change Impact Analysis to assess the effects of new initiatives on processes, systems, and people.
* Lead Training Needs Analysis and Development to equip teams with necessary skills for successful adoption.
* Implement Change Measurement strategies to track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure sustainable change.
* Apply agile principles and change management best practices to effectively manage project scope and delivery.
* Promote a culture of agility, adaptability, continuous learning, and empowerment within the technology organization. **Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
* A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in organizational change management within an IT context, with 2-3 years specifically focused on IT initiatives.
* Proven experience managing large-scale IT change initiatives and activities within complex, matrixed organizations.
* Demonstrated success in leading large-scale adoption efforts across multiple teams or departments.
* Experience working with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean.
* Strong understanding of change methodologies and principles, with the ability to guide teams through adoption.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, capable of managing individual workstreams and a portfolio of projects.
* Proficiency in creating professional presentations, spreadsheets, and documents using standard office software.
* Ability to effectively assess and mitigate risks associated with organizational change.
* Demonstrated ability to perform all aspects of work with a high degree of effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Master's Degree in a relevant field.
* Relevant certifications such as Certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner, PMI-ACP, Change Management, PROSCI, ADDIE/SAM, or PMP. #LI-VS1
