You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

  • Developing material strategies for new/existing products supported by the company

  • Setting up planning strategies for materials team to meet production needs

  • Creating metal fabrication plans to ensure production and quality control on new products with cross-functional team

  • Maintaining SAP reliability within the facility

  • Point of contact for SAP subject matter expert information

  • Communicating consistently with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of plans

  • Lead insourcing/outsourcing initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a related field and using SAP

  • Experience in material planning processes, including procurement, scheduling, inventory management, planning, product development, and related fields

  • Manufacturing experience

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to be adaptable and learn new things quickly

  • Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, etc.)

  • Relevant certifications in Materials or Supply Chain fields

  • Proficiency in Excel and SmartSheet

  • Advanced SAP expertise
