Summary
Under minimal supervision, performs inventory functions to ensure timely and accurate materials flow.
Provides administrative and staff support to the department. Provides guidance, training and support to
the Material Handlers on different shifts as needed.
Essential Functions

* Works with customer service representatives to resolve delivery issues relative to material
received.
* Reviews PO receipts from drivers on the off-shifts to ensure accuracy.
* Point of contract for all sample requests.
* Coordinates deliver of materials to outside co-packers.
* Participates in the development of inventory processes to maintain accuracy. Ensures adherence
to such processes.
* Works in a team environment to process and produce a quality product.
* Responsible for inventory control of components.
* Accountable for inventory record accuracy. Runs variance reports.
* Communicates and interprets administrative and operating policies and procedures.
* Communicates with external carriers for deliveries and returns.
* Serves as liaison with others internally and outside of the organization regarding issues related to
the department.
* Runs other related operational reports as needed.
* Provides guidance, training and support to the Material Handlers on different shifts as needed.
Provides and ensures training on procedure updates.
* Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
* Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety
regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their
understanding and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of warehouse or
operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
* Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short
correspondence and memos.
* Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
* Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and diving using whole numbers.
* Required to work rotating shifts when necessary.
* Required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
* Skilled in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
Experience speaking effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
* Computer skill requirements include: Intermediate MS Word, MS Access and MS PowerPoint;
advanced MS Excel.
* Skilled in working with computer based inventory and purchasing system and software including,
but not limited to WMS, JDE, DTS, JIRA, IBI reporting, Showcase reporting, MS Office.
* Skilled in calculating figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, and yields. Skilled in
applying concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
* Skilled in solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations
where only limited standardization exists. Experience interpreting a variety of instructions
furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
* Experience applying advanced skills appropriate for the position or specialization.
* Performs duties and tasks that are varied and potentially complex. Resolves most questions and
problems and refers only the most complex to higher levels.

Compensatiobn
Hiring Hourly Rate: $24.71 - $29.04
Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
