Applications due by December 19, 2025 Goodwill of Colorado Job Description Pay: $115,000 - $125,000 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; some weekends/evenings Full-Time position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability, and several voluntary supplemental benefit offerings. In addition, these positions are eligible for paid time off in the form of vacation, sick, holiday, floating holiday, jury duty, and bereavement leave. All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan - must be 18 years of age to participate. JOB SUMMARY: The Director II, Donation Acquisition leads Goodwill of Colorado's strategic initiatives to increase donated goods volume through community partnerships, dynamic retail collaborations, nonprofit alliances, and innovative donor engagement strategies. This role builds strong community and business relationships that expand the organization's reach, visibility, and donation footprint, ultimately fueling Goodwill's mission to help individuals achieve independence through education, training, and employment.
