Role Overview The Director of Safety will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Visterra's safety programs across all partner companies. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of safety and risk prevention. The Director will work closely with operations leadership to reduce incidents, improve training, and maintain industry-leading safety standards specific to landscaping operations, including equipment use, chemical handling, and seasonal services.
