Starkey is hiring for an Instructional Designer to join our Education and Audiology Team. The Starkey Education and Audiology Department is the largest provider of on-line continuing education to hearing care providers in the U.S. In addition, our internal training demands are requiring a shift from live classes to more on-line class delivery. This position assists the content developers with the design, development, management, and delivery of the on-line programs. Job Responsibilities Design and develop multimedia learning materials as needed for distance and corporate education Job Requirements Education Experience Knowledge / Technical Requirements Competencies, Skills & Abilities * Competence in design and teaching of adult learners at a distance The annual salary for this position is between $ 56,210 - 84,000 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
