As the Director of Renewal Operations at BMC, you will be responsible for implementing process improvement, strategy creation and process documentation for the Renewals organization in accordance with established policies and procedures. In this role, you will convert complex data into actionable insights, enabling effective decision-making and advancing organizational goals.
