Description

Padagis is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to add to our Engineering Team based in Minneapolis, MN.

This job pays $31.00/hr to $40.00/hr depending on experience and qualifications, and includes eligibility to participate in our 5% Quarterly Incentive Plan and employee benefits program.

Job duties:



  • Document Development and Revision:

    • Create new GMP documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, forms, cleaning instruction forms, and validation protocols.
    • Revise existing GMP documents to reflect changes in processes, equipment, or regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.


  • Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure all documents are written in accordance with GMP guidelines and Padagis' internal style guide.
    • Perform quality checks on documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with all relevant regulations


  • Document Management:

    • Maintain a comprehensive document tracking system to ensure revisions are completed in a timely manner.
    • Manage document lifecycle from creation to retirement, ensuring proper approvals and archiving.




    Minimum qualifications:



    • Four or more (4+) years of related experience
    • Vocational training/certification or Associate's Degree


    Preferred qualifications:



    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar regulated manufacturing environment
